After more than 12 years of close collaboration, the companies NIRONIT Edelstahlhandel (stainless-steel trader) and FERRIT Blechservice (sheet-metal service provider) have decided to go their way together in future.

In January 2020, FERRIT-Blechservice GmbH & Co. KG was merged with NIRONIT Edelstahlhandel GmbH & Co. KGas the integrating company through entry in the commercial register of Tostedt district court. The joint enterprise is now called NIRONIT Edelstahl GmbH & Co. KG.

We already informed you about this in our letter dated January 2020.

For NIRONIT's customers and suppliers, nothing has changed except for the name, which is now "NIRONIT Edelstahl GmbH & Co. KG". Kindly adjust your master data accordingly.

By way of overall legal succession, entry of the merger in the commercial register has caused existing contracts of customers and suppliers with FERRIT Blechservice GmbH & Co. KG to be transferred - without any changes in content - to NIRONIT Edelstahl GmbH & Co. KG, without any consent required on its part. For future orders and invoices, kindly use our new company name NIRONIT Edelstahl GmbH & Co. KG.
